How quickly can you survey our building?
A site survey is offered within 48 hours of your request for most UAE locations.
Do you provide a method statement and risk assessment?
Yes, with every quote. They can be submitted directly to your FM, owners' association or main contractor.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. Annual contracts combine façade cleaning, glass cleaning, inspection and minor repairs on a fixed schedule and price.
Do you work at night or on weekends?
Yes, where building rules and permits allow. Night work is common for retail frontages and busy entrances.
What happens in high wind or extreme heat?
Work stops when wind or heat-index limits are exceeded. Lost time is rescheduled at no extra cost.
How often should a building facade be cleaned in the UAE?
Most towers need a full façade clean every six months, with glass-heavy or coastal buildings moving to quarterly. Dust-storm seasons and nearby construction can justify an extra wash.
Can you clean windows that do not open?
Yes. All external glass is cleaned from the outside by rope access, so fixed and sealed glazing is no issue.
Is rope access safe?
Rope access uses two independent lines — a working line and a backup — each with its own anchor. Every job has a written rescue plan and a supervisor on site.
Can you repair cladding without scaffolding?
Yes. Most panel re-fixing, replacement and sealing is completed by rope access, which avoids scaffold hire and street-level disruption.
How fast can a broken facade pane be replaced?
Make-safe is usually same or next day. Replacement follows once the matched glass unit is fabricated, which varies by specification.
How long does facade sealant last in the UAE?
Exposure to UV and heat often shortens sealant life well below manufacturer ratings. A façade inspection at year five, then every two to three years, catches failure early.
Is bird control humane?
Yes. Spikes, nets and gels deter birds from landing and nesting; they are not designed to harm them.
Can you replace a failed obstruction light urgently?
Yes. Failed-light call-outs are prioritised; the team brings like-for-like or compliant replacement units where specified.
How often should solar panels be cleaned in Dubai?
Many UAE sites benefit from monthly or bi-monthly cleaning; your site's dust load and generation data decide the right interval.
Can you work around other trades on site?
Yes. Drops are coordinated with the main contractor's programme and permit-to-work system.
Do you design the stabilisation system?
Installation follows the geotechnical engineer's design. Where none exists, the team can coordinate with an engineer of your choice.
