Facade Cleaning

Building Facade Cleaning in Dubai and across the UAE

Dust, sand, salt air and AC condensate strip the value out of a façade within months. Your building gets a documented, height-safe clean — glass, cladding, stone and metal — without gondola hire or lobby disruption.

  • IRATA / SPRAT-certified rope access technicians
  • Public liability insurance — AED 1,000,000
  • Written method statement & risk assessment with every quote
  • Free site survey within 48 hours across the UAE

Why it can't wait

  • Sand and dust settle into frames and joints, etching glass and leaving permanent tide marks if left past one season.
  • Coastal towers on the Palm, Marina and Corniche corrode faster — salt deposits attack aluminium and sealant.
  • Dirty façades lower rental perception, trigger owner complaints and draw attention during municipality inspections.

What's included

  • Pre-start survey: surface type, anchor points, drop plan, exclusion zones
  • Pure-water and pH-neutral detergent cleaning matched to glass, ACP, stone or GRC
  • Frame, mullion, transom and louvre detailing — not just the glass
  • Hard-water, cement-splash and bird-dropping removal
  • Ground-level barricading, signage and pedestrian marshalling
  • Before/after photo report per elevation, handed over with completion sign-off

Facade Cleaning: common questions

How often should a building facade be cleaned in the UAE?

Most towers need a full façade clean every six months, with glass-heavy or coastal buildings moving to quarterly. Dust-storm seasons and nearby construction can justify an extra wash.

Do you need a gondola or BMU to clean our building?

No. Rope access reaches almost every elevation, including curved, stepped and recessed areas a BMU cannot. Where your building has a working BMU, it can be combined with rope access to shorten the programme.

Will cleaning disrupt residents or tenants?

Drops are scheduled elevation by elevation, with notices issued in advance. Work happens outside windows, so there is no entry to units and no lobby or lift use beyond roof access.

What does facade cleaning cost in Dubai?

Pricing depends on façade area, surface type, access method and frequency. Use the free quote planner to size your façade in a minute, then a site survey fixes the price in writing.
